• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. 
• Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 

1.2. Order Changes & Cancellations: 

• If you need to modify or cancel your order, you must contact us at care@4uperfume.in before the product has been shipped. 
• Once the order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations will no longer be possible.

We offer the following shipping options to deliver your order across India: 

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days. 
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days (additional fees apply).

6. Delivery Issues 

6.1. Incorrect Address: 

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. 

6.2. Lost or Stolen Packages: 

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, the shipping carrier, or contact us for assistance at care@4uperfume.in. 

6.3. Delayed Delivery:
