4.1. Shipping: We aim to process and ship orders within 2-4 business days of receiving payment. Shipping times may vary based on location. 

4.2. Delivery: We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or for products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you have not received your order within the expected time frame, please contact us at care@4uperfume.in 

4.3. Customs and Duties: If you are ordering from outside India, you may be responsible for additional customs fees or duties upon delivery. 

5. Returns and Refunds 

5.1. Return Policy: You may return unopened and unused products within 2 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. 

5.2. Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on used items, personalized items, or promotional items. 

5.3. Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.
