Terms and Conditions for Invoices (India)

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to all sales made by For You (a brand owned by Admek Enterprise), whether online or offline, in accordance with the applicable laws of India. 

1. Pricing and Payment Terms 

  • All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes such as GST unless otherwise specified. 
  • Payments are to be made in advance prior to the dispatch of goods. 
  • For any delayed payments beyond the due date, interest at a rate of 10% per month will be charged. 
  • The company reserves the right to withhold further supplies until full payment is received. 

2. Goods and Services Tax (GST) 

  • All invoices are subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) as per Indian tax regulations. 
  • The GST registration number of the customer must be provided for claiming input tax credit. 
  • Any errors in GST details provided by the customer, resulting in non-compliance, will be the customer's responsibility. 

3. Delivery of Goods 

  • Delivery of goods will be made to the address specified by the customer at the time of placing the order. 
  • The company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery due to circumstances beyond its control. 
  • Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the customer upon delivery. 

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy 

  • Cancellations can be made before the dispatch of goods. Once goods are shipped, no cancellations will be accepted. 
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days of cancellation approval, subject to deduction of any costs incurred. 
  • There will be no refunds if the product seal is opened or if the product has been used. 

5. Warranties and Liabilities 

  • Warranties are applicable only if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. 
  • Customers must notify the company of any manufacturing defect within 3 days of receiving the product to be eligible for a replacement or repair. 
  • The company shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the goods. 

6. Force Majeure 

  • The company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions. 

7. Dispute Resolution 

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the invoice or these terms and conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, India. 
  • Both parties agree to attempt amicable resolution before resorting to legal proceedings. 

8. Governing Law 

  • These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. 

9. Data Privacy 

  • The company shall comply with the applicable data privacy laws of India when collecting and processing customer data for invoicing purposes. 
  • Customer data will be used solely for invoicing, delivery, and related services and will not be shared with third parties without consent. 

10. Changes to Terms 

  • The company reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any changes will be communicated in advance. The latest version will apply to all transactions.
